If you have inquiry that need to explain via images, simply attach the screenshot to the Feedback form.
- To log a feedback, read the instruction here.
- Fill in your inquiry, on the Attach Image section, click on the “Select File” button
- Browse for the screenshot that you have made earlier.
- You will see that the Attach Image fill will have attachment of your screenshot.
- If you think that you have attached wrong screenshot, click “Change”. If you confirm, click “Create Feedback”.
- A notification pop up will appear to confirm that your feedback is submitted.
- Your inquiry will be in the system and our support team will get in touch with you.
