To reply the conversation to PayBats support team,
- Go to the Support menu, click on the “List” submenu.
- Browse which message you want to reply (in case you have several messages)
- Write your reply in the message box
- Click reply
- A notification pop up will appear to confirm that your feedback is submitted.
