What to display?
Name or name of the company or name of the business that operates the online business.
Company or business registration number.
Contact address (email, telephone, address)
Description of goods or services provided.
Full price of the goods or services. MUST include shipping cost, tax and other cost you intend to charge the buyer.
Method of payment.
Terms and conditions for the sale.
Estimated time of delivery for goods purchased, including estimated time for all shipping options you offer.
Errors & Proofs
Allow buyer to rectify any error prior to confirmation of any purchase.
Issue an acknowledgment and receipt for the sale transaction, without any delay.

Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details, including shipping and delivery estimates for each item. Once your item has prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information.

Orders are not delivered on weekends or public holidays. Order will be dispatched within 48 hours of time of order. However, there may be delays during busy periods (including sales).
Our courier will re-attempt delivery up to 3 times and doesn’t charge any re-delivery fee. If you are not available to receive the order, you may contact our courier partner to arrange a re-delivery at a suitable time.
In the event of multiple unsuccessful deliveries, your package will be returned to our warehouse. All un-attempted parcel will be returned to our warehouse after the 3 trial deliveries have been scheduled. Re-sending cost will be charged for the next delivery arrangement.
We pride ourselves in providing a safe and secure shopping experience. Your personal information is kept secure and private during the entire checkout process. No card details will be stored on our server. We accept the following payment options:

Returns & Refunds
We are happy to replace or exchange products returned within 14 days from the purchase date as long as it’s returned in its original packaging, unused and sell-able condition. Any cost of returning the unwanted item to us will not be refunded. Once we have received the returned item, we will proceed to exchange for the items you want to exchange with same value or higher. Any variance in payment shall be made to secure the order.
If the replacement of item is unavailable, you may request for a refund via the original payment method but please allow sufficient time for the process. Proof of purchase will be required for all exchange or refund, so keep your receipts or invoices to make the return easier! Please have the following available:
– Image of Item/parcel(s) received
– Name of Item
– Order Number/Transaction Reference
In the unlikely event that you receive wrong product, we will deliver the product that you’ve ordered as fast as we could and retrieve the incorrect one at our cost. However, if you prefer an exchange or refund, we are happy to process for you which include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges or providing a replacement product provided the items returned within a reasonable time as per Return Policy.
